Sorry for the delay, this was going to be posted but the COVID-19 pandemic put us in quarantine. We are all safe and hope you are too!
It’s no secret that my son is a battery that never runs out. Sometimes at restaurants, we do the bad parent thing that gets us all the stares. We take out the Amazon Fire tablet. I never thought I would be that parent, but sometimes I have to give up and let the kids play. Usually they want to watch some YouTube video about opening toys but without WiFi we had to play a downloaded game. Vincent chose Sago Mini Road Trip, which in summary is a cat that goes on a trip to see friends.
It starts out with a choice of who to visit, which my son chooses at random and packing your bags. You have an unlimited selection from which to choose. After you pack, you choose a vehicle – my personal favorite is the weinermobile but my son chooses a fire truck. The rest of the game is a silly side scroller but my son loves throwing the vehicle in the sky and laughing maniacally. I naturally encourage this before my dish arrives at the restaurant.
My score: 3 stars
